packages missing

I ordered exactly $56.71 of makeup and I put in my address right but the packages never came in two weeks later I get a letter from the UPS store stating they have it but they will return it if I don’t pick it up on 12/11/18 I had gotten that letter only two days before it was shipped away but it states it was shipped to me on 12/04/18 they shipped my packages back to your facilities and I would like to have my money back for the makeup I bought and never received.
