package came broken

I ordered during the Sephora sale and the oil which I had purchased for a friend came broken which had caught on to the rest of the products. I had talked with the chat right away and they were saying the system was overriding it first of all they sent the refund back and took it right out. I have been waiting for a week plus for my refund as well as an email on what to do. I had talked with the floor supervisor or someone and they said they will email me due to the over ride and they said to throw the products since the oil was leaking and there was glass so I just placed it in my bin. I've been texting the chat everyday for a response and have not got anything but go instore and return it. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO RETURN SOMETHING IN STORE THAT HAS GLASS AND OIL ALL OVER AND WAS PUT IN MY BIN AS DIRECTED BY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. they also said that there have been accommodations done before with my account as well as the place I was renting so they cant, first of all these products I have gotten were all damaged and one of them were missing the post sent it to the wrong house as well as I was renting a place so there were people as well. how long do I check my email and text with the chats for this is getting so frustrating and I dont know what to do. waiting this long is crazy and making me chat everyday for not packaging the products properly is so frustrating I dont know why they squished all my products in a small box half of the packaging was ripped from the other products as well as bent. THIS is ridiculous and I need a response. does anyone know what to do. ON top of this today I went to return my foundation and got store credit I bout a blush for the same price just a few minutes after and used the store credit (the blush was the same price as the foundation) AND THEY OVER CHARGED ME BY 9 DOLLARS. I have to call the store tomorrow and see
