overcharged on account

hey, 

I used my debit card at sephora before and they overcharged me for it. I went to the store for a refund and they told me it'll be about 2 or 3 weeks before i get the refund back. 

but currently, it's been more than a month and i still didn't receive my money back. 

Can I know exactly when I will get the refund back ?
