outstanding orders

I have placed orders during rouge sale first came and then my most recent orders came but my orders I made in the middle haven't. I have been placed on hold several times, emailed several times, tried chatting on here. just needing some customer service. my orders from the 6th still haven't shipped and a partial order shipped for order after that. please look into this. yes I know there are delays but order from the 6th haven't shipped but my orders from 10th and 12th have. it's like part of my orders are at a bottom the pile somewhere. they were suppose to be my mother's birthday presents. please I've only gotten the run around and generic answers noone has actually looked into this. please help me
