I read that orders placed by vib rouge customers would be shipped same day if placed by 3 pm pst  - is that correct?  also i tried to order the Josie Maran get enlightened reward as soon as i got the email but it was already sold out? how is that??

I apologize for any confusion! That is the case for anyone with Flash 2 day shipping - if you place your order prior to 3PM PST, it will likely ship the same day and you can expect to receive your order after 2 business days in transit. Please note, all Sephora orders have a 1-2 business day processing time (depending on when the order is placed). 

Additionally, I apologize that item was already out of stock. Some popular promotions do sell out very quickly after an email is sent out and we appreciate your understanding!
