I understand Sephora is backing up with high volume of orders right now. But I placed my orders one week ago, none of my items is out of stock. I just don’t really understand why Sephora is not doing any better logistically I’m just a customer that desperately looking forward to receiving my orders in mail. Please help.

Hi @megyyy I'm so sorry for the wait! Our distribution centers are working hard to get the orders out as quickly as possible. I see that all of your orders have now shipped and appreciate your patience.

Is it possible to check when the order is going to be shipped? I was promised by the Beauty Advisor (the online chat which now doesn't exist anymore) that the order is going to be shipped on Monday. It's still pending, and I got no information whatsoever. I am moving to Europe forever on the 11/29... And I am not going to get the order before that date, am I?....
