hey! i ordered recently and i got 2 samples that i didn’t order. i was looking forward to the ones i ordered and guess what, both weren’t here. this is the second time this has happened. if you don’t have them in stock don’t list them! i emailed before and you just gave me points. i want what i ordered!

Please know that samples may be substituted as they change frequently and vary at our regional distribution centers. With that said, a sample should not be missing from your order and I'm sorry that this happened. I will send you a PM in just a moment to help.
