order still pending

My order has been pending for 10 days when will it ship, has anyone had similar worries.

I️ have the same issue I️ called and they told me to wait on en email to know the status of my product which i clearly have not received, they also told me it would be a wait of 7-8 business days but i re checked my item and it’s still says “IN PROGRESS” which i spoke to the representative about and told me it’s “just sitting there” I’m not sure what’s going on with Sephora, this is clearly disappointing i am never ordering from them again not after this.
