order still pending

i placed an order on monday the 24th and it is still pending. i understand the sale would cause some delays but i placed an order earlier and there was no issue. i wish sephora would at least send an email letting customers know about the delays to their orders.

i just received my order and i got a conditioner instead of the perfume i ordered. it's kind of frustrating considering i had to wait over a week for my shipment and they didn't even give me what i ordered.
