order status

I’ve been waiting for over a week for my package, it said delivered on the 24th but never received it. I just got a text saying it was delivered (Oct 1st at 11pm)  but still nothing. i’ve checked with neighbours and no one has seen anything. am I just outta luck now or is there anything I can do??? I don’t wanna be out all that money!
