order pending...

i put an order in on Nov 10th..and as of right now - nov 14th @9pm, my order is STILL pending. i've never had an order take this long. how long does it typically take for an order to go through?

Its because of the VIB sale. There is even a disclaimer during checkout that says there will be delays. They are about 7 days behind, I ordered on 11/6 and my order shipped today (well they created the shipping label today, UPS doesn't have the package yet).
