order not delivered on time?

hi, im a new member here and i did my first purchase 3 days ago and i picked the 3-day shipping while ordering. it's been 3 days and i havent got the delivery, then i tracked my order and it says its gonna be here after 3 days, which makes 6 days in total. it is just disappointing to have these kind of issues with a prestigious store like sephora, are deliveries gonna be always late or is this an exceptional situation? because i dont want to pay 3-day price for a product that comes after a week.

Hi Ranis, With processing time, it can take up to 4 business days for your order to be delivered. As Monday was a holiday, it does slow it down by a day. I'll be happy to look into this for you and will send you a message with more information.

it slowed down by 3 days, i wouldnt mind if it was only one day. i hope next time it delivers on time

Where do you live? Everything is running extra slow due to the Hurricane if you live in Texas. Houston is the main distribution center. But otherwise, I have 2-Day shipping, and it's still been taking a week.

acksonville, fl, i hope there's a weather issue or sth it's so annoying to wait for a week like don't put 2-day option on your shipping if you're not gonna send it right?
