order cancelled every time

I keep trying to order and it supposedly goes through and I get the email, but then I check my order status and every order gets cancelled, why??? I even tried to change the payment method with PayPal but nothing works, I know my card works fine. please fix this. the customer service agents haven't been helpful either.
