order canceled

Hello, 

I placed an order on wednesday may 29. The order was placed and I have proof of purchase and my debit card was charged however, my order was cancelled. What can I do now?

@Henci As the order was cancelled, please rest assured we haven't charged you for it. The amount you may be seeing on your bank statement is a temporary pending authorization, not a charge, and it will automatically drop within 1-7 business days. Sometimes, it may take up to one billing cycle, depending on your financial institution.
