order canceled within 8 minutes- how long?

Hello- I placed a same day delivery order but i canceled it because i had a coupon on my actual debit card. unfortunately my order wasn’t eligible.

 

I need the money today as these products are for an overseas trip- I don’t have the funds to repurchase without the refund. can i un cancel my order? please help!! i’m desperate!
