order In progress almost 3 days?

I went out and purchased a Sephora gift card to shop online with, and placed my order... usually the next night my order is shipped. But it says In progress?! I feel like there's a lot of issues ordering online. yet I still do it😣 my samples are almost never right and I didn't say anything but, last timemy glitter was dried out halfway, it was weird. I have a baby and at the moment, no car so going to the mall isn't an option.sadly 😣I luv goingto the Sephora store..Anyways hope I get my package soon I needed it for the 10tb
