not charged

i got an email that my card was declined for the play box, i signed up last month after the 28th and i was charged the subscription fee,and now inwas being charged 0.00 and was told that it was declined i looked at my bank account and i was charged 0.00 theres money on the account so theres no reason for it to decline. i was already charged when i signed up and now they are cancelling after taking money from my account? without giving me even a single playbox? and was informed thru email that my card was declined for the playbox yet my purchases from sephora gets through?? that i have till the 7th to get it right.....really confusing
