no tracking number after one week

Hi Sephora,after contacting you several times to get a solution to my problem ( I just want my purchases) what am I supposed to do?! After one week I still haven’t got my order or a tracking number! Am I going to get my order ? Or are you just going to rob 64 dollars from me? Is that it? Just going to pretend that I never placed and payed for my order?
