no samples with order

Hi, I placed an order last week (order #) and chose 3 samples, but nothing came with my shipment. Would they come separately or were they just forgotten?

I also received an $80 order that came without any samples. I am quite annoyed about this since I spent so much money and this was during the 5 Luxe samples offer, so I was ok spending the money given I would be able to try other products too. I would not have spent this much money had there not been an offer going, and to not receive the samples is really disappointing.
