no samples received

 This is the 3rd time where I didn't receive ANY samples in my online order! Is this going to be a regular thing?

My last 4 orders, no samples either. And more annoyingly, when I check recent orders it shows "shipped" for the samples when clearly they werent. If adding samples is an issue for Sephora at the moment they need to take away the option to add them. I would still order with or without but it's annoying to chose things, they say shipped and none show up.

My last two orders have not included any samples at all.  Add to that my 2x points for skin care I ordered didn't add to my account.
