no samples in order

Hi guys. I disappointed and confused about my orders from Sephora, I didn’t get any of my samples. My four last orders didn’t contain any samples in it. Is that service for dear customers?!? When I choose and add samples, I expect to receive them. But when I open my box I don’t. Awful. It looks like a real fraud. I’m angry. What’s going on with Sephora?
