no sample

Two of my orders came in the same box, there suppose to be 6 samples, but I got no sample at all. Anyone else has the same problem?

my order I recieved today had two samples that aren't even what I asked for. such a shame that sephora can't get things right

I just received an order with zero samples as well. I ordered a stocking stuffer for someone else, and the samples were supposed to be for me. I would have just gone to the store and saved myself two days of waiting had I known I was going to be disappointed. I get that sometimes substitutions have to be made, and that’s life. But it really makes me want to just go to Ulta when Sephora promises samples and literally doesn’t deliver.

Yep I just received my order and there were no samples.  If I would have know I wasn't going to get samples and that the online order was going to take long, I would have just gone to my local store.
