I need to speak to a manager or supervisor, the agents are pretty darn useless here

I have had issue after issue with each order i’ve placed & no one answers. 

My paid order never arrived & your agents are telling me that it was delivered over a week ago when my tracking link shows completely different information! 

I want a refund now!! I don’t want to speak to any of your robots again once this is done!! It’s going on to a month i’m trying to fix my account!!
