no foil sample at all???

Okay... I know Sephora always sends online order packages with different samples from what I chose online because of short storage or pure laziness of the employees. But I just received an order with no foil sample at all and it's actually my birthday month. I know those samples are free, but if Sephora is not gonna bother to put anything in the package why do I even bother to pick them online? I'm kinda upset because the ones I chose are actually something I want to try out and couldn't be found from the Sephora in my city (cuz it's in a JCpenny).
