new shipping protocol?

Has anyone else noticed issues with shipping? Have I never noticed the Lazership logo before or is it new? For the first time ever I had lost shipments, the estimated delivery date is rarely correct and it seems flash shipping doesn't happen. Not a big deal as I'm pretty sure I won't fall apart waiting 5 rather than 2 days for a face mask, especially since I have a drawer JUST for masks and its full... I admit I have a problem!
