my points and beauty insider account gone?

I was just browsing on the app and as I was about to check out I saw that my points weren’t there, I thought I was just logged out so I logged back in and it was telling me to join beauty insider. I already have a VIB account and had over 1000 points on it, is that all gone now or something?

I apologize for the confusion. The system that tracks our Beauty Insider program points and subscriptions was down for a short time for maintenance. You should be able to view your account now.  Points for any purchases made during the maintenance should be updated in your account within the next 48 hours. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Me tooooo, panicked for a sec, and then remembered it happened before, hope they would fix it soon.

Multiple posts have gone up in the last hour or so of this happening to people. My status and points are gone but I can still see my past purchases (for now). It's asking me to join the Insider program too.

I assume just a glitch, but still hopefully it gets fixed soon. I emailed CS but it's too early for anyone to be checking the emails, phones or chat 😕

Same! I was browsing and noticed in my basket that it was telling me to join to be a beauty insider but i had close to 1000 points and should have been vib at best! My shopping history is gone too, so i can't see past purchases. I hope it's just a website glitch.
