multiple gift cards not allowed

i dont understand why it says that if you have more than two gift cards you can call customer service and they can help- i have three gift cards that i want to put towards my order and i am being told i cant do that-- it says online to call and they can help you use multiple gift cards- i am trying to use up the balances on my cards and its so difficult to do so why is that

@makeup222222222 I'm sorry for the confusion! We are no longer able to accept more than 2 gift cards online. You can use three in store.
