monthly gifts

Hello I live in Canada and just became VIB rouge. On the website it says as rouge you will receive monthly gifts, I'm just wondering what that means? where do you find these "gifts"? I know you need to purchase something to receive it but I have no idea where to find it on the site.

It’s usually a 3 piece deluxe size sample set available with a $35 buy in. Codes are emailed so make sure to check that your subscribed ☺️
