missing samples :(

I ordered some products from Sephora recently. I'm happy with the products and they arrived on time! Unfortunately, the free samples i ordered; "7 Virtues Vanilla Woods" and "Floral Street Sunflower Pop Voc", were not in the package, which is a bit disappointing.

Does that happen often? I got samples but just the wrong one.I am thankful I even got a sample to begin with but I got duplicates.I genuinely wanted to try new ones.I been buying full size after samples.

Substitutions will be made for out of stock samples. I understand this may be disappointing and I apologize we weren't able to send the ones you originally selected at checkout!
