missing points (someone else redeemed my points)

I noticed today that my points seemed a little lower than I remembered from my last purchase. I checked my account activity and someone made a store purchase on Aug 15 for 26 and redeemed a hundred points from my account. I shop exclusively online except for a very rare occasion. Can you please look into this and if this isn't a wider glitch put a warning on my account regarding in store redemptions and make sure my account is secure.
