missing points beauty insider challenge

One of the beauty insider challenge this month is to activate notifications for 100 pts. I did it? but never received my points. I thought maybe after 24hrs but it's been almost a week and still nothing. What can I do?

I'm having the same issue and gave up waiting for rouge customer service to answer the phone.  This happened to me before and if you can get a hold of a customer service rep they should give you the points.  There needs to be a better way than calling in and waiting, it's so painful. Good luck!

I had the same issue. Contact customer service. According to them, the challenges didn’t start until Sept 6, which isn’t right. But regardless they gave me the points.
