missing ítem

Hello, 

my order arrived on 11/17 but there was an item missing from my order. I checked the slip in the box and it said all items ordered were delivered together and should be in the box. Would I be able go get my money back for the missing item or have it sent out? 

Missing item: milk hydro grip primer
