missed birthday gift

Hello, My birthday was on the 13th. I tried to place an order yesterday to get the 250 pts but the website said the points were sold out - i intended to go to the store last night and I never got there. I tried to place an order last night and the points were available again but I had issues and couldn't get it in. Is there a way that I can still get the birthday points? I tried to place to place that order again today and it would not let me unless I remove the birthday points from my cart - which I did not do. Please let me know if you can help. Thank you
