milk stick

Yesterday I bought a milk stick bronzer mini.  Yesterday it worked and I could twist it up. However, today when I've been trying it won't work. I don't have access to a retailing store. Please help me!

I am having the same issue with the milk bronzer, cannot twist it up anymore.
And it’s full!! Help Please!!
