milk makeup wont twist up

i've bought two products from milk, a blush and contour stick. i've exchanged the contour stick for a new one since it had previously broke and now they both won't twist up!!!!! i've tried freezing, running under hot water and twisting with a tweezer and still nothing. pretty pricey for a product that has sm issues with packaging

I'm having the same issue! So sad because its such an amazing formation and I've been trying to figure out how to get a replacement for it through Sephora and not able to find assistance.
