may (my first and last) play

how many were disappointed w/the dried out mud mask? so...my first package and i am already disgusted, ESPECIALLY w/customer service. my mask is completely UN-useable, i contact customer service, they offer me a new one...and CHARGE ME FOR IT!! WHAT?!?! i quit
