manage out of stock notifications

I have been trying to get the Dr Gross holiday vault for weeks. It has said out of stock. As an insider, I have tried signing up for text notifications for back in stock, but the page is not showing a "complete" button. I have had to settle or email notifications but twice now I have received emails and the item is still out of stock when i go online. SO FRUSTRATING! Please help me manage email notifications for out of stock items??
