makeup by mario bronzer stick

So i got a makeup by mario bronzer stick today and threw away the packaging so i cannot return it. The stick wouldn’t go up so i google a tutorial  and i followed it however the plastic within the product snapped and will not work at all anymore. Very frustrating because the product was very expensive.
