lost the receip

Hi,

I purchased a product from sephora 2 weeks ago and i couldnt find the receipt as I am plannig to return it, do you have the receipt in my account if I just go to the store for a return.

If the item is located in your Purchase History, the store should be able to locate that transaction in their system and assist with a return/exchange if it is within our return/exchange policy timeframe! For more information, I recommend contacting your local Sephora store directly!

Where can I find the purchase history?

I found orders: one order I made only.

But the the one I made was in store.

I found the item purchased date and amount in the point activity, I think in store they can locate it now.

If the item cannot be found in your Purchase History, the store may be able to locate the transaction with the debit/credit card used and I recommend reaching out to the store directly for more details.

 

if you do not have the receipt or the item cannot be found in your Purchase History or the debit/credit card used, the store will not be able to process a return/exchange.
