lost package

Can anyone help me with this issue?

I have purchased two orders. However, I just received only the second.

It shown that the first one was delivered but I have never received it. Already checked with neighbor!

I have contacted customer service but they said they do not have any responsibility about this issue even I'm their Rouge for years.

My package worth more than $700 😞
