lost package

I didn't get my stuff, but trucking number shows I already get it, but I really do not get it. I ask my neighbor and USPS.but they have no idea.Can you help me?

The same thing happened to me about a year ago. Honestly it could have been misdelivered by USPS and one of your neighbors likely has it. It might help to ask if anyone who lives within a house or two received it by mistake. My next door neighbor had mine by mistake. It happens.
