lost package?

It has been more than 3 days since the tracking information said my package arrived (delivered date is Nov. 27th). I have talked to my neighbors and the HOA president and nobody saw my package. This is a very safe complex and we have always received every other online order except for this one. Something must have been wrong with the shipping service. Will sephora be able to send me my package again or is there a way to pick up my order in store? How will this be resolved? And I already send an email to the customer service, I don’t hear anything back yet.
