live chat is never available in the web browser no matter what time of day i check it. but is always available during specified hours if using the app on my phone. why? 
like currently on browser i cannot use live chat but i open the app and it says it's available.

i probably should have mentioned i would like to be able to chat on my browser! i'm wanting to place an order with multiple gift cards and it will be easier to copy paste all of them on my browser instead of typing on my phone. any help appreciated (:

Temecula has poor customer service . My husband went to shop for my gift totaling $480.. yesterday . 

he was told by sales lady to hang on for a few minutes and she would help him . He waited 15 minutes and no one came to his aid . 
he left disgusted and will order at Nordstrom where customers are treated with importance . 

I was going myself to shop Christmas gifts for my daughter and nieces . Budget $509 . 
Not at your location 

I will go to Nordstrom to get better service . I will not shop at this location and will tell family and friends of this experience .
