lasership lost my package

On May 9 I ordered some things that they gave me for my birthday, obviously I was super excited, the package left on May 12, but then I stopped having updates, the shipping company is lasership, it's a complete disaster, both sephora and lasership are responsible that my package was lost, I wrote to both of them and lasership only told me if the package is lost, I contact sephora and they tell me that they can't do anything for me, so what should I do? where is my package?, I want a solution, this doesn't seem fair to me.

I'm in upstate NY and Lasership is crap. Currently awaiting a package that said out for delivery on the 1st. Every time they do this, takes forever. I'm just not going to place any orders because shipping is unreliable.
