is there literally anyone reading the emails that Sephora responds to?

I get the most outrageous responses to every question, I asked what was going on with the nude lip kit, I said the description has been wrong for several days and it says sold out when it was never even available to me in Canada. And I got THE MOST laughable response about how they’re happy to ship to Canada and bring over 75,000 brands to Canadians (🙄🙄🙄🙄) but can’t offer certain brands. Seriously read this, and by the way it was available only a few hours later so, this information was entirely false. P.S. the description is STILL wrong.
