I need my order invoice to make a declaration for my post office.

It was supposed to be in the shipping box, but it wasn't. Can you help me to see the invoice (not on the order information page)?

I'm sorry to hear that! Regretfully, we're unable to resend the physical Order Invoice. However, you should be able to view the order directly on your online account. To view it, please make sure you are fully logged into your account. You may need to log out first then log back in. Once you've selected the order, you are welcome to print it!
