incomplet shipping address

Hi, I have order something from Sephora couple days ago, and due to the incomplete address it was sent back. I was contacted by a costumer services couple days ago and I was sent a email, so i replied the customer services with email. But i havent gotten and replies and now my package says it was be "returned and paid" i was wondering is there any was for me to get my packaged resent to me with my updated address
