hourglass reward

will the hourglass palette reward be restocked? I had it in my cart and then it was sold out.... i'm a working woman and i've set alarms and reminders before the time it's released...but still nothing. it's just really frustrating..please let me know if this reward will be restocked...:(

I looked at 9:02 pdt and it was sold out. So bummed. Had just gotten home from taking my daughter to school and running to the store. I thought my email said they had 800!?! I'm sorry others missed out too.

Same thing happened to me! Frustrating. No harm in at least emailing support to see what they say.

It's a shame when they yank it from your cart! It's really bad customer service! Be sure and email them and let them know your thoughts! I don't think it will be restocked! But save your points if our outrage has been heard and maybe they will restock! 

You would think they would allow time for you to check or before taking your product away! Nordstrom always allows you to reserve the item as you check out!
