horrible customer service

i tried to exchange a broken product in store that sephora sold me and i got awful service. not only were they not cooperative, didnt help, satisfy, or help find a solution to my issue, but they were also rude and gave me attitude. i am appalled by the service i received and the lack of knowledge these employees had. i am so unbelievably frustrated with how unhelpful the workers were, as well as the outcome as i paid so much for a BROKEN AND FAULTY product and left the store still disappointed. i now know better and will not be purchasing from this company going forward in the future.
