help for my sisters account

me and my sister were trying to go shopping today for her birthday but for some reason we couldnt get a birthday gift and we didnt realize why. then we went home and looked at her account and its because its set for some random day in february. neither of us have phones only computers so we cant call customer support. i have her email and password and stuff so can someone help me to change her birthday pls this was really embarrassing.
